Columbus the Bully
Hey all! This is one of my first APs for my class Rhetoric. In this class, we've been reading Howard Zinn's book, A People's history of the United States. The first chapter, which is what we're required to read, is all about Christopher Columbus and how much a bad person he was, even at the time. We then went to the Harold Washington Library to see the children's section and to read some picture books. This is because, for our AP, we were to make a picture book about Christopher Columbus for those who are young. We were tasked with making sure it wasn't gruesome and full of detail, but still giving them the general picture of what Columbus did. This is my book, Columbus the Bully. Enjoy!

This one was... alright. I really felt like I could have done such a better job at this one. Whether it was just expanding on what I already had, to maybe making the drawings better. I just felt like this was wasn't too impressive for my standards. But people liked it, so I guess I did a pretty ok job looking back. Just wished I could have done a tad bit more.
